You can find different varieties of olive purees from Domaine La Yole (Les Jardins de La Yole) .They are for sale at the winery (caveau) and at the shop on the campsite La Yole (Comptoir des Saveurs, La Cave). You can also enjoy them on the occasion of a gourmet tasting.
