Terroir, Grape varieties & Vinification:
The three varietals composing this blend are Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. They are growing on clay-limestone and sandy soils, which results in an authentic wine appreciated by all wine connoisseurs. Handpicked grapes. The carbonic maceration requires a gentle treatment of the grapes, without any crushing. After 2 weeks, the grapes are pressed. The alcoholic fermentation is finished at low temperature. Then, this wine is aged in French oak casks during 13 months.

The nose is complex and elegant and offers aromas from blackberry’s jam, black olive and grey pepper.
Cocoa and coffee aromas with some toasted hints are expressing the barrel ageing.
Round and full palate, with strong and complex aromas.
Good length with a silky finish.
Tasting and Matching:
Serve at room temperature and decanted.
It matches well with authentic dishes like « Suprêmes de Bécasses », « Filet de bœuf aux Morilles », game, red meat and strong cheese such as Cantal or Roquefort.
