Terroir, grape varieties & vinification:

Grenache noir and  Cabernet-Sauvignon

Destemmed harvest, short maceration with delestage.
 

Characteristics:

Robe : Pleasant cherry robe with rose highlights
Aromas : Good intensity mixing marshmallow and violet
On the palate : Very pleasant on the palate, mature fruits aromas with silky tannins
 

Tasting and Matching:

This wine is best served with starters, white meat and soft cheese.
