Dual Varietals Rosé

Terroir, grape varieties & vinification :

It is a dual varietal of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Destemming of the grapes. The Rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon is made from free run juice. Chilled skin maceration for Grenache, then pressing. Clarification of the juice.
Low temperature fermentation to preserve the aromas(14°C).

Characteristics:

Pale pink with pearly highlights.

Attractive red fruit smell with blackcurrant aroma.
The palate is round and refreshing, with a good length revealing the olfactory aromas.

Tasting and Matching:

Serve at 8°C.
It matches well with grilled pork with ginger, spicy dishes or “Gaspacho”
