Terroir, grape varieties & vinification:

Grenache, cinsault
Destemmed harvest, chilled crushing and settling. Controlled temperature fermentation (16°)
 

Characteristics:

Robe : Pleasant blush rosé with cherry highlights
Aromas : rosé aromas mixed with cherry’s undertone
On the palate : Richness and fullness on the palate, well balanced.
Long finish with red fruits (blackberries) aromas
 

Tasting and Matching:

Aperitifs and white meat.
