100% of Grenache Noir.
Destemming of the grapes, then chilled skin maceration to extract the best aromas. Clarification of juice. Wine grower stops alcoholic fermentation by cooling the juice to preserve an important level of residual sugar.
Characteristics:
The colour is shiny and pale pink.
The nose is delicate with fresh fruits aromas, dominated by the pear. Sweet flavour amplifies the aromatic freshness.
On the palate, pear aromas and sugar accentuate the richness and fullness
Tasting and Matching:
Serve at 10°C.
You can drink this sweet wine as an aperitif.
It matches well with sweet/salt dishes, or desserts such as apple pie with cinnamon.
