Terroir, Grape varieties & Vinification:

100% Muscat Petit Grain.
Destemming of the grapes. Gentle pressing to preserve aromas. Clarification of the juice (cold temperature). Then alcohol is added (15.5%). The winegrower is bottling quickly to preserve the fresh grape aromas.

Characteristics:

Deep gold with amber highlights.
Intense nose of mature fruit enhanced with ginger bread notes.
Richness and fullness on the palate, marmalade, lanthana and honey notes are mixed with aromas previously described.

Tasting and Matching:

Serve at 10°C.
You can drink this Muscat as an aperitif or with all kind of desserts.
Excellent with Foie Gras.
