Dual Varietals White

It is a dual varietal of Chardonnay and Dry Muscat.
Harvest in the night. Destemming of the grapes. Chilled skin maceration. Gentle pressing. Low temperature fermentation, each varietal separately.

Characteristics:

Bright gold with straw yellow highlights.
The nose is powerful and complex. It develops fruit aromas such as pear or pineapple.
Outstanding nose with aromas of bergamot orange, fresh coriander and kumquat.
Smooth and creamy though very refreshing palate with aromas from marmalade and quince.

Tasting and Matching:

Serve at 8°C.
It matches well with seafood, fish cooked in sauce or grilled.
