Terroir, Grape varieties & Vinification:
This sweet wine is mainly made from Muscat Petit Grain
Destemming of the grapes, then chilled skin maceration to extract the best aromas. Clarification of the juice. Winegrower stops alcoholic fermentation by cooling the juice to preserve an important level of residual sugar.
Charactéristics:
Beautiful green highlights make the straw yellow robe shiny.
The complexity is astonish, mixed scents of citronella, honey, lime and acacia.
On the palate, there is an elegant taste with a sweet sensation. Then appears a creamy impression.
Ginger bread, crystallised orange and honey notes amplify the pleasure when you drink that wine.
Tasting and Matching:
Serve at 10°C.
You can drink this sweet wine as an aperitif.
It matches very well with “Foie Gras”, or desserts like fruits salad or pie and sorbet.
