For a healthy vineyard

To work in integrated farm management doesn’t mean that we don’t treat the vineyards. We thus begin at the moment the first treatments antimildew and antipowdery mildew with Ecological products. The quality of our wines depends on the sanitary state of vineyards already in this time of the year.

Domaine La Yole, Creator of Wine

It was able to revive the old grapes varieties in order to incorporate them in the current wines to create previously un-tasted pleasure.
This delicate balance ensures that his creations retain the anticipated flavour of the La Yole wines, whilst also surprising the connoisseur with their full bodied aromatic bouquet and flavour, revealing the diversity of the estate and the vines’ heritage.

The Domaine La Yole

Today Domaine La Yole is a huge domain with its 110 hectares which inspires creation thanks to its various soils such as argilo calcareous and sublittorals’ sands and its varieties range.
White grapes : chardonnay, muscat petits grains,
terret-bourret, viognier.
Red grapes : grenache, syrah, merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cinsault, alicante bouschet, carignan.

Gassier's family ensures that the ‘Domaine de la Yole’ estate is a place of ecological balance where fauna and flora live in harmony.
The estate’s horses provide unlimited natural nourishment for the vines.
Partridges, pheasants and other birds, live alongside hares and wild boars which also reside on the estate and undoubtedly enjoy themselves in this area of limitless freedom and natural beauty.
